““What motivated me to become a therapist is my own healing journey.”
”
When I experienced certain impactful events in my youth, psychosomatic therapy helped me release the pain and fear associated with them. This helped me to grow into a freer and stronger person.
What I find so remarkable to see is that the therapeutic process has not only transformed my own life, but I also see it change the life of every client I work with.
I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FASCINATED BY THE HEALING PROCESS.
As the daughter of a psychiatrist and a nurse, the concept of healing was introduced to me early in life and I have always felt a natural attraction to it.
My curiosity to understand the mechanics of healing on a deeper level led me to study both modern Western therapies and traditional methods rooted in Asian traditions.
EDUCATION & CAREER
I trained and worked as a clinical medical assistant. In addition, I completed a three-year yoga teacher training and a three-year program in holistic coaching and traditional Thai massage.
Ultimately, I discovered my true passion: body-oriented therapy. This therapy combines cognitive behavioral therapy with intuitive bodywork and aligns perfectly with my vision of healing. It was therefore a natural choice for me to deepen my expertise in this field. In 2019, I successfully completed the three-year professional training in the Grinberg Method.
INSPIRATION
I wish to empower people.
I enjoy seeing how someone frees themselves from limiting thoughts and patterns. In this way, inner strength becomes palpable again. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing transformation—how people become freer, stronger, and more connected with themselves in life.
